Due to the fact that your stylist is payed on commission, it is extremely important that if you cannot make your scheduled appointment you call to let us know as soon as possible. Giving at least a 24 hour notice will enable us to possibly fill your appointment opening. For that reason our salon policy is that after three times of canceling or not giving us a 24 hour notice you will not be able to book an appointment with our stylists or therapists without a credit card on file. This card will be charged $25 for any future appointments that are missed or not given proper notice.
